Festival environments subject flooring to extreme conditions: weather exposure, spilled beverages, heavy equipment movement, and continuous foot traffic far exceeding normal pedestrian loads. Even optimistic estimates suggest decades of operation would be required to recoup investment through energy savings, while festival flooring typically sees only days or weeks of annual use.
